Coinbase Exchange OAuth

Coinbase in Swapped Connect is an OAuth connect → withdraw flow. The user signs into Coinbase, picks a balance (and optional funding tokens), then withdraws crypto to complete the payment.

This is not Exchange Pay (Binance Pay, KuCoin Pay, etc.) and not Coinbase Wallet. Coinbase Wallet is the Wallets flow (type: wallet). Coinbase the exchange appears as a payment method with provider: coinbase and type: exchange_oauth.
